CHO-K1/mouse CTLA4 Stable Cell Line

Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress Mus musculus cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA4) on the surface. The surface expression of mouse CTLA4 is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is designed for cell-based binding for screening antibodies binding with mouse CTLA4 and for evaluating target binding affinity.

Product Description Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress Mus musculus cytotoxic T-lymphocyte associated protein 4 (CTLA4) on the surface. The surface expression of mouse CTLA4 is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against CTLA4 or to measure binding affinity between CTLA4 and anti-CTLA4 antibodies.
Culture Properties Adherent.
Stability Stability: Stable through more than 16 passages without significant changes in assay performance or expression profile.
Size Two vials of frozen cells (>1×106 per vial in 1 mL).
Storage Store cells in liquid nitrogen immediately upon receipt. Thaw and recover cells within one year from the date received.
