Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress human cytotoxic T-lymphocyte associated protein 4 (CTLA4) on the surface. The surface expression of CTLA4 is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against CTLA4 or to measure binding affinity between CTLA4 and anti-CTLA4 antibodies. |
