CHO-K1/VISTA Stable Cell Line

Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation (VISTA) on the cell surface. The surface expression of VISTA is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is designed for cell-based binding for screening antibodies binding with VISTA and evaluating target binding affinity.

Product Description Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress human V-set immunoregulatory receptor (VISTA) on the surface. The surface expression of VISTA is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against VISTA or to measure binding affinity between VISTA and anti-VISTA antibodies.
Culture Properties Adherent.
Stability Stable through more than 16 passages without significant changes in assay performance or expression profile.
Size Two vials of frozen cells (>1×106 per vial in 1 mL).
Storage Store cells in liquid nitrogen immediately upon receipt. Thaw and recover cells within one year from the date received.
