eGFP circular RNA (CVB3)
The eGFP circular RNA (circRNA) expresses an enhanced green fluorescent protein (Ex: 488nm, Em: 507nm). This circRNA is generated via PIE- Self circularization and contains a small scar sequence. CVB3 IRES is designed in this circular RNA for initiating the IRES dependent ribosome recruiting and translation. All bases are non-modified. EGFP circRNA can be used as fluorescence reporter sequence in RNA therapeutics and delivery system development projects.
