hEPO mRNA(Cap1, m1Ψ)
Erythropoietin (EPO) is a glycoprotein hormone mainly secreted by the kidney that promotes red blood cell production and maintains oxygen supply. Recombinant human EPO protein has been widely used to treat anemias resulting from kidney diseases and cancer chemotherapy. This mRNA is capped with Cap1 structure with high capping efficiency. It is 100% substituted with N1-methyl-pseudouridine for enhanced expression and reduced immunogenicity. The mRNA has a 100A tail in its sequence, which mimics a mature mRNA.
